You'll see Gullfoss waterfall, the Geysir geothermal area, Thingvellir National Park, the black-sand beach of Reynisfjara, and Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon on the south coast. Then, head east for the Eastfjords, north to Lake Mývatn, the Dimmuborgir lava pillars, and Akureyri, and finally west to the remote Snaefellsnes Peninsula.
