Here is the location of our basecamp as starting point where you will get explanation for the trekking while having our local coffee/tea with balinese cake. Our basecamp located by the lake of Buyan and Tamblingan or known as twin lake Bali.

The trekking will be begin to explore Buyan lake with the guide. This lake considered 3rd biggest lake in Bali with spectacular view. On the way down to the lake you will find big old trees. Once you reach the lake then you will ride traditional canoe with the local fisherman. Canoeing for about 20 minutes passing along the lakeside overlooking stunning rock-wall in the pristine lake.

After canoeing to the west edge of the Buyan lake, you arrived in the forest that separated Buyan and Tamblingan Lake. Again in this forest you will walk in the jungle where you will find another Big Old Banyan Trees that you can climb, swing, and take photos.

One of the most interesting part here is the past civilization from 13th century for instance is pottery and lake temple. Ulun Danu Tamblingan Temple that found here is very important for Balinese that has strong relation to the local religion practice that applied up to know.

Trekking day will be ended at Banyumala Twin Waterfall for relaxing and swimming in the crystal clear fresh spring water.
