On this tour, you'll have the chance to taste your way through time, trying regional dishes that make up Thailand's culinary identity. From Chinese immigrants to Northern Thai ethnic groups, our goal is to introduce you to dishes that are new to you, at places you'd never think to visit.
Hop in our tuk-tuks and explore traditional neighborhoods and local markets, plus a splash of today's hipster scene as well.

At this long-standing restaurant, we’ll try minced pork with aromatic herbs (Laab), fresh papaya salad (Som Tum), fragrant sticky rice, and meatballs fried with lime leaves for a perfect blend of these traditional flavors.
