Master your breath and explore the underwater world on this 3-day Nusa Penida free-diving course. With a maximum of four students per instructor, you'll make rapid progress. Over three days, you'll study both theory and practice, and free dive in both a swimming pool and the open ocean. By the end of the course, most students can descend to 50-65 feet (15-20 meters) and hold their breath for more than 2 minutes.
