Take 1.5 hours of yoga with an expert teacher. You'll have a chance to connect with nature and feel deep relaxation.
Do temple purification at Mengening Temple or Tirta Empul Temple. This will involve chanting mantras, making offerings, and bathing in the sacred spring water.
Visit one of the priests to do the chakra healing. This will involve opening your chakras through a series of rituals and ceremonies.
