Today, anyone familiar with Singapore will easily recognize the waterfront skyline of Marina Bay. However, fifty years ago, Marina Bay did not yet exist, and the area was just open sea by the mouth of the Singapore River. It was just an idea, a thought, a reverie... that is to be realized over the long arc of long-term planning. This is a journey that I will take you... come join me, to see how a city is transformed into an endearing place to live, work, and play.
