Next, step into the colourful Bo-Kaap, one of Cape Town’s most vibrant and historic neighbourhoods. Here, you’ll take part in an authentic hands-on Cape Malay cooking class, guided by a local host. Learn the art of folding samoosas, discover the secrets of fragrant spices, and taste the unique sweet-and-spicy flavours that define Cape Malay cuisine.
