- Luggage Information: Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it.
- Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at the time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together.
- Please present at your chosen pickup point at least 20 minutes before your actual pick-up time. This activity provides group pick-up, therefore please expect a 10-15 mins delay to pick up other passengers.
