- After the 4-hour drive to Cachora, we'll start the trek across the Apurimac Canyon, visit villages and scenic points, have lunch at Capuliyoc, and continue to Chiquisca.
- Apurimac means “the god that speaks”. The canyon is traversed by the Apurimac river. Along this river you’ll find multiple Inca sites. The Apurimac canyon will give us some impressive vistas while we hike.
