- Inclement Weather Notice: Rooftop Access and Reentry Policy. If a guest has accessed the indoor observatory on the 74th floor but cannot access the rooftop on the 78th floor due to sudden rain, re-entry will be permitted. Guests may request re-entry at the Ticketing Counter (Lobby), but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
- If a ticket has been redeemed and used but you are unable to visit the 78th floor due to inclement weather, you can present the actual ticket to Mahanakhon staff at the ticketing counter to request reentry directly
- Please DO NOT use the Viator booking confirmation email to try and enter the Mahanakhon. Please check your email for actual pdf ticket with barcode
- Please note that From December 21, 2024 to Jan 5, 2025 the skyride and photo option will not be available due to festive season.
