The Cu Chi Tunnels are a complex network of underground tunnels located in the Cu Chi District of Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon), Vietnam. These tunnels played a significant role during the Vietnam War, serving as a base of operations for the Viet Cong (VC) guerrilla fighters.
