- Please wear comfortable walking shoes for the hike up to Batu Caves. Shorts and sleeveless shirts are not allowed when visiting the temple.
- For comfort and cleanliness, eating or drinking is not allowed inside the vehicle. Vehicles used for this SIC tour (car/van/bus) are arranged based on the number of participants on the day
- Ensure your mobile phone is active and reachable during your travel period. Pickup time and driver details will be sent via email the evening before your tour (after 8:00 PM). Please check your inbox or spam folder.
- During major festivals, road closures and heavy traffic may occur. Drop-off may be at the nearest accessible point to your hotel, based on real-time conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus)
- Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to contacted during the travel period
- It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.

- 4) As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
- 5) For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash
