Embark on an exciting 4-day trek along Peru's famous Inca Trail, from Cusco to Machu Picchu. Start your journey from the Pisacucho trailhead, hiking along a river-fed valley surrounded by magnificent mountain peaks and through cloud forests. Along the way, engage with local villagers, visit ancient archaeological sites, and camp beside Inca ruins. After three days of moderate to challenging trekking, you'll arrive at the UNESCO-listed citadel in the early morning. Watch the sun rise over Machu Picchu and enjoy a guided tour before returning to Cusco via train.

- Note: In early 2001, the Peruvian government proposed to reduce number of trekkers on the trail to 500 per day. An extra 200 people are allowed during July and August. It is highly recommended that you make your reservation weeks or months in advance to guarantee you will get a spot

In the morning we pick you up from your hotel, after crossing the towns of Chincheros, Urubamba and Ollantaytambo we will go to Chilca / Km 82, there we will have an explanation and recommendation to start trekking, in addition we have to show the documents in the income control of the Inca Trail. We stop for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to have lunch, then start trekking to the first camp in Wayllabamba, after a guided tour of the Llactapata Archaeological Group.
