- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. (This is particularly applicable to the Kanchanaburi to Bangkok transfer where traffic conditions can be very unpredictable.).

- Child rates applicable for children between 3 and 12 years old if occupying the parents’ room. If bed required, adult rate will apply.
- Any rejection of meals or tour program is non-refundable
