- Rooftop Terrace of the Metropolitan Museum of Art is closed November through February
- Participants who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behave in a disorderly manner, or pose a threat to other guests are subject to cancellation without refund
- It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated. Missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
