See koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, emus and other Australian wildlife roaming freely through a stunning natural sanctuary. With no cages or enclosures, animals can live as they would in the wild. Entry to the sanctuary is exclusively on a tour with a Nature Guide who will spot the plants and animals that live there and share the secrets of the bush.
Dusk is a time when most animals are active, as nocturnal animals rise for the night and day-active animals return to rest. Dusk Discovery tours are limited to just 14 people, allowing time to capture stunning sunsets as well as amazing wildlife viewing and photography opportunities.
The Dusk Discovery Tour includes a light meal and cold drink.
As with all of Wildlife Wonders' experiences, 100% of profits go to support conservation and research into Australia's threatened species.

All participants receive binoculars and headsets for use during their tour.
The tour follows a 1.4km path through grasslands, eucalyptus woodlands, rainforest and past stunning ocean vistas.
Spot koalas, kangaroos, emus, wallabies, pademelons and more elusive animals such as echidnas and potoroos. As there are no cages, every tour is different.
During the tour, pause at the Conservation Ecology Centre's Research Base to learn about the research projects that Wildlife Wonders is directly supporting.
Enjoy a light meal and cool drink before or after your tour.
Every visit gives back to nature, with 100% of proceeds invested into conservation and research on the Great Ocean Road.

Itinerary

This Dusk Discovery wildlife tour gives visitors access to the Wildlife Wonders sanctuary as the sun is setting and the resident wildlife is most active.

Potoroos, bandicoots, pademelons and more are just waking up and starting their active nights of feeding and foraging, while the day-active animals are seeking their favourite spots to snooze for the night.

On this small, intimate, 90-minute tour, you will follow a 1.4km winding path through a range of habitats, while your conservationist guide gives you exclusive insights into the lives of the elusive and rarely seen animals who call the Otways home.

There will also be the opportunity for spectacular sunset photo opportunities.

The experience includes a light meal and a cold drink.
