Take a Peruvian cooking class in Cusco and combine it with a tour of the local market. Start by exploring San Pedro Market and learning from your guide about typical ingredients. Then, head to a colonial-style home for a hands-on cooking lesson. Help prepare a 3-course meal, making and eating classic, seasonal dishes such as ceviche, quinoa, and Pisco sours. Finish your meal with fresh coffee and fruits.
