You'll take a train through the majestic Urubamba Valley, arriving in Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu.

Machu Picchu, a former royal house for the Inca and crown, was re-discovered by American historian and explorer Hiram Bingham on July 24, 1911.

Originally, Machu Picchu was discovered by a Peruvian named Agustín Lizárraga on July 14, 1902, who left an inscription of his name in one of the stone windows in this ancient city. Hiram Bingham acknowledged this initial findings in his personal diary.

Machu Picchu is the jewel of the Americas, with its deep significance between the Incas and its mystic vision of the world

Today, begin the day with a tour of Cusco enjoy the sights of Cusco´s (the capital of the Incas).
