Instead of just hiking along the Inca Trail, spice up your schedule with a 4-day trek that combines hiking with downhill mountain biking. As well as arriving at the UNESCO World Heritage Site at sunrise, when temperatures are coolest and crowds are at a minimum, you'll get off the beaten path and admire Andean mountain landscapes that are only accessible on foot.
