- Skiing and snowboarding both have an age restriction that allows only individuals aged 7 years or older to participate in these activities.
- Children aged six or under must be accompanied by their guardians when participating in sleigh rides.
- Ski suits are included in all options, except for "Freetime"&"Sled". Participants who have chosen one of these two options, please bring your own or rent them at rental shops.
- All options including "Snowboard" all excludes snowboarding lessons.
- **The type of vehicle can be changed depending on the number of participants.**
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
