Join us on a 2-day tour from Bangkok to explore one of Thailand's most significant WWII sites, the Bridge of the River Kwai. Built by POWs as part of Japan's war strategy, this site is a must-visit for anyone interested in WWII history. On this tour, you'll visit memorable sites, including Kanchanaburi War Cemetery, Hellfire Pass, and a village belonging to the Mon people. You'll also enjoy a boat cruise along the Maeklong River, a ride along part of the Thai-Burma Death Railway, and spend a night at the waterfront River Kwai Resotel."

Hellfire Pass Interpretive Centre and Memorial Walking Trail
Visit the Hellfire Pass Interpretive Centre. The interpretive centre presents the history of the Burma-Thailand railway under chronological and thematic headings, explaining the rationale for the railway, the way in which it was constructed and the hardship experienced by those who worked on it. Then you can descend the long set of stairs behind the museum to Hellfire Pass Memorial Walking Trail following the original rail bed. Then transfer to Phutakien pier and take a long-tailed boat from Phu Takien pier to River Kwai Resotel. Check-in upon arrival.
