You will taste “Banh Xeo” and “Banh Khot”, which are rice pancakes from the Central and South of Vietnam, with lots of fresh Vietnamese vegetables. You will stroll along a street known for its barbecue seafood vendors. Then, you will head to a local-favorite restaurant to taste the best “bo la lot” (beef in wild betel leaves) and “Hue beef soup” (or Bun Thit nuong), which is an 8-hour slow-cooked soup from Hue. You will continue your immersion in mouth-watering food as you head to the alleys of food in the heart of the street food district.
