Bao Dai Palace Dalat consists of Palace I, Palace II, and Palace III. The Crazy House is a project of architect Dang Viet Nga, the owner of this mansion.
From a young age, she studied in China and continued her High School in the Soviet Union.
She graduated from Moscow University of Architecture (1959 – 1965). From 1969-1972 she continued to study and obtained her doctorate in Russia.
