Paronella Park, voted the number one must-see attraction in Tropical Far North Queensland, invites you on a journey to enrich your senses and open your mind to another world and time.
You will encounter the whole experience of Paronella Park, creating unforgettable memories and interactions. This tour, including dinner, begins in the afternoon and takes you into the evening.
Our time offers a personalized interpretative tour departing Cairns at 11:15 am. The first destination is visiting the stunning Babinda Boulders for an interactive guided rainforest walk or swim.
Followed by the extraordinary opportunity to see a Cassowary face-to-face in the wild, we journey through the art deco township of Innisfail and arrive at Etty Bay.
Home to the Southern Cassowary, you will likely see a Cassowary enjoying the afternoon on the beach. This is truly an experience that you will talk about for years to come.

Stop for lunch. Enjoy a rainforest walk learning about the different flora and fauna, wildlife species, and the significant cultural importance of the land. Opportunity to swim in the pristine mountain waters that flow at the foothills of Queensland's highest mountain.

Etty Bay
Fermare: 60 minutes
After a scenic drive through the art deco township of Innisfail and the agricultural landscapes of banana and sugar cane, the opportunity arises to observe in the wild the striking Cassowary at beautiful Etty Bay. This is where the rainforest meets the reef the ideal home for a Cassowary. Time is spent here photography, exploring the beach, and enjoying the sea air. Learn about the Cassowary and the area over a cup of tea and a light snack.

Paronella Park
Fermare: 4 hours
Arriving welcomed by Paronella Park staff commence a 30min guided interpretive tour about the story behind this amazing Parkland. After the guided tour you have plenty of time to explore the landscaped gardens and the museum and make the most of the afternoon light to capture some great photos. Including is dinner across the road at the local hotel where you can experience an authentic pub-style meal. After dinner returning to the park we reconvene with our guide for the evening light tour and spectacular grand final show.
