There are some food you will try (It's flexible depends on your interesting, even you are vegetarian or eat Kosher food): Bami (Vietnamese bread), Pho (noodle soup), Banh cuon (steamed rice pancake), Bun cha, Dried beef salad, dumpling, sticky rice, spring roll (fresh/fried), mixed fruits, sticky rice with ice-cream, famous egg coffee,...
