Our restaurant has been a beloved institution since 2004, with locations in Cat Ba, Hanoi, and Hoian. Our head chef, Hai Nguyen, is renowned throughout Vietnam for his innovative and modern approach to traditional dishes.
At our cooking school, students learn from the best, not just traditional recipes, but also tips and tricks for preparing food in your home kitchen.
All of this takes place in our heritage-listed building in the heart of the ancient town. .
