The IWWA is also committed to promoting responsible and sustainable whale watching practices in Iceland. As a member of the International Whaling Commission (IWC) and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the IWWA plays a crucial role in protecting the marine environment and promoting the conservation of whales and other marine animals.
