When booking this tour package, you will be picked up at your hotel lobby at a certain time by a daily shuttle bus. At the port, you will be given a boat ticket and boarding pass, and then you will be escorted onto the fast boat.
Upon your arrival at Penida's Port, you will be welcomed and greeted by a local guide.
