何をしますか
Kick off your day in Rome by learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch and other beloved Italian specialties in this hands-on cooking class. Join your instructor and a small group for a tour of the local market to pick up seasonal ingredients. Then head to the teaching kitchen to get to work. You'll pick up tips and techniques for preparing two types of fresh pasta and sauces, starters, and even tiramisù. Then sample your handiwork over lunch, paired with Italian wine.
