Cooking Class: Lomo Saltado, Pisco Sour, and Papa a la Huancaina
何をしますか
Our cooking experience begins at our cooking studio, a traditional house from 1930.
We start by preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits (bought from the local market we visited) and Pisco.
You will cook: Lomo Saltado.
You will cook: Papa a la Huancaina.
You will make Pisco Sour.
Our class is hands-on, and you will participate in all the preparation.
After the class, we will also send you the recipes, so you can enjoy them with your family and friends.
Note:
The cooking experiences in Cusco are in the afternoon.
* In the morning from 12:30 to 14:00
* In the afternoon from 18:00 to 19:30
Our dishes are easy to convert into vegetarian. To know your food requirements is very important.
