- **The type of vehicle can be changed depending on the number of participants.**
- Please make sure of the option(meeting location & departure time) you selected.
- If the Eobi Ice Valley is not sufficiently frozen, it can be replaced with the Garden of Morning Calm.
- Please arrive at your meeting point at least 510 minutes before departure. Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded.
- Free for infants aged 02 as long as they will not occupy separate seats.
- This tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. Please make sure you are fit enough to participate.
- If you want free of charge for your 0~2 infant, you should bring the passport for the infant. If you do not bring the passport, you should pay for entrance ticket fee for the infant.
- Eobi Ice valley can be slippery. Please wear comfortable shoes and not slippery shoes.
- Child seats are not available.
- Please discuss the size & number of your luggage in advance with us, if you are going to bring them.
- The itinerary only includes Alpaca World+Nami Island+Eobi Ice Valley visits. If you add either Rail Bike or Strawberry picking, your time at other places will cut short.
- Infants(02) are not allowed to pick strawberries, independently. They should always be accompanied by an adult.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 100 travelers
