Join Tommy on an unforgettable day in Northern Vietnam's countryside! Step back in time and visit the ancient city of Hoa Lu, the capital of Vietnam in the 10th century. Take a leisurely bike ride through a local village, where you might meet the friendly locals, spot a cow, or see the rice paddies. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, with vegetarian or meat options. After lunch, take a relaxing boat ride in Trang An, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Finally, end your day with a short but exhilarating hike to see an incredible panoramic view from the top of Dragon Mountain, or relax in the lotus gardens and admire the view from below. Tommy grew up on a rice farm in Northern Vietnam, and spent his childhood exploring the local villages, cities, mountains and lakes.
