Wat je gaat doen
Most Vatican tours rush through St. Peter's Basilica, which is surprising given its status as one of the world's largest churches. This private tour gives the basilica the attention it deserves, dedicating more time to the site's history and works of art. After exploring the basilica, you'll visit the Vatican grottoes and St. Peter's tomb, taking a journey back in time 1,600 years. You'll also climb up to the top of the Cupola di San Pietro for sweeping views over St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Gardens.
