Rome is a treasure trove of world-class art and archaeology. With this two-day tour, you'll get to see the city's top sights without the hassle of following a map or guidebook. On the first day, you'll stroll through the historic center to admire iconic landmarks like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. On the second day, you'll cross the Tiber River to visit Vatican City, including the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica.

A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
READ CAREFULLY: Because of the growing popularity of the current pope Francis and his intense activity in organising mass events in the Vatican some areas might get closed last minute without previous notice. This has already happened this year and can happen again during you Vatican tour: the Sistine chapel and/or the Basilica of Saint Peter might not be accessible. In case of such events our tour guide will provide you with a valuable alternative focusing the tour inside the Vatican museums.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The Basilica is not included since it is not accessible from the museums due to the Jubilee

The day begins at the Coliseum where you meet your guide and with reserved tickets (no queuing) you go straight inside. You have a little time to wander about this breathtaking amphitheatre and your guide will tell you something of it history.

Foro Romano
Stop: 60 minutes
Then it is outside again to see the Arch of Constantine and the Roman Forum. The forum was the empire’s hub where everything happened; political, religious and social. There is the 1st century Arch of Titus, the House of the Vestal Virgins, the Temple of Saturn, the Senate House and the white marble Arch of Septimus Severus to name a few.

Colle Capitolino
Stop: 30 minutes
You then arrive at the Capitoline Hill following a short walk up the Sacred Way. Here is one of the most famous and breathtaking monuments of modern-day Italy, Il Vittoriano.

Fontana di Trevi
Stop: 30 minutes
The tour continues with a visit to the Trevi Fountain,it is more beautiful in real life though and if you follow the legend, throw a coin in the fountain and wish that you will one day return to Rome.

Pantheon
Stop: 30 minutes
Another short walk down a narrow “vincolo” brings you to the Pantheon where you can visit the tomb of the Renaissance painter and architect Raphael. The day finishes with another walk, past the Ancient Baths of Nero to Piazza Navona and Bernini’s Fountain of the Four Rivers.
