This outstanding stately home is one of the largest in the UK and is considered of such importance that it was created a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1987. Famous for being the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, who was the grandson of the 7th Duke, Blenheim is the perfect place to visit if you are a lover of Churchill as not only was Winston born here, but the Dukes played a major part in Churchill's political career and personal life.
Upon arrival at Blenheim, you will be guided around the palace by your guide who will help you with the palace's excellent audio guide and fill in extra information that isn't part of the audio tour. You will be able to experience both of the Churchill Tours at Blenheim and both the 'Upstairs' and 'Downstairs' Tours which will give you a better understanding of this amazing home.
