Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary

• The Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, also known as the Ubud Monkey Forest, is one of the most famous attractions in Ubud, Bali. It’s a nature reserve and Hindu temple complex that serves as both a sanctuary for hundreds of long-tailed macaque monkeys and a significant cultural site. The forest spans over 12.5 hectares and is home to around 700 monkeys, making it a lively and engaging experience for visitors.
• The sanctuary also features lush greenery, with a rich variety of tropical plants and towering ancient trees. Within the forest, there are three Hindu temples dating back to the 14th century, dedicated to different deities, such as Pura Dalem Agung Padangtegal, the main temple, which honors the god Shiva.

Tegalalang Rice Terrace

• The Tegalalang Rice Terrace is one of Bali's most famous and picturesque rice terraces, located in the village of Tegalalang, just north of Ubud. Known for its stunning beauty and unique traditional irrigation system called "subak," the terraces are a prime example of Bali's rich agricultural heritage. The area is renowned for its scenic, tiered rice paddies that cascade down the hillside, creating a mesmerizing view that attracts tourists, photographers, and nature lovers.
• The Tegalalang Rice Terrace offers visitors the opportunity to walk along the narrow paths between the fields, take in the panoramic views, and learn about the traditional Balinese farming methods. It's also a popular spot for sunrise and sunset photography, as the light creates dramatic contrasts with the lush greenery.

Tibumana Waterfall

• Tibumana Waterfall is a hidden gem located in the Bangli Regency of Bali, Indonesia. Known for its serene and unspoiled beauty, it is one of the less crowded waterfalls in Bali, offering a peaceful escape from the more tourist-heavy spots. The waterfall is about a 30-minute drive from Ubud, making it a great destination for those staying in the area.
• Tibumana is a single-drop waterfall that cascades into a clear pool of water, surrounded by lush greenery and jungle foliage. The area around the waterfall is tranquil, and the walk to reach it involves a short trek through the jungle along well-maintained paths and steps, passing small streams and tropical plants. The waterfall is considered ideal for swimming, as the pool is calm and not very deep.
• Tibumana Waterfall is also associated with some spiritual significance, as it is close to a temple and often visited by locals for religious purposes. Visitors are encouraged to respect the surroundings, especially during any local ceremony.

Kanto Lampo Waterfall

• Kanto Lampo Waterfall is a beautiful and easily accessible waterfall located in the Gianyar Regency of Bali, not far from Ubud. Unlike some other waterfalls in Bali that require long hikes, Kanto Lampo is relatively easy to reach, with a short walk from the parking area to the waterfall itself. This makes it a popular choice for those looking for a scenic, yet convenient, natural spot to visit.
• The waterfall is unique in that it flows over a series of rock formations, creating a cascading effect rather than a single vertical drop. The water tumbles down the rocks into a shallow pool, making it a perfect spot for visitors to stand under the falls, take a refreshing dip, or pose for photos. The surrounding jungle setting adds to the beauty, giving the site a tranquil and tropical feel.
• Kanto Lampo is not as well-known as some of Bali's other waterfalls, but it has been gaining popularity due to its photogenic appearance and easy accessibility.
