- The maximum weight 120 kg (265 lbs) to safely climb the via ferrata and ride the zip line.
- The lunch served consists of 4 dishes (Soup, starter, main course and dessert) as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
- Soups: Urubambino quinoa chupecito....with vegetables, paria cheese and milk (gluten-free, vegetarian, can be vegan or dairy-free) Potato and leek cream with cubes of fresh cheese and fried leek strings (gluten-free, vegetarian , can be vegan or dairy-free)
- Appetizers: Andean tomatoes with algarrobina vinaigrette, kiwicha breaded cheese, peppermint, green shoots and fried sweet potato threads (Vegetarian, gluten-free, can be vegan or dairy-free) Organic lettuce salad with Chili chicken pieces, chili vinaigrette Passion fruit, avocado and crispy strings (Gluten-free, can be vegan or dairy-free) Orange-flavoured trout tartare with native potatoes, guacamole and Parmesan crackers (Gluten-free) “Solterito” Valley-style vegetable salad with fava beans, Paria cheese, duck ham and pesto with Andean herbs and sprouts (Gluten free, can be vegan or dairy free)
- Main courses: Ragoût of mushrooms and broad beans (kapchi) in an Andean cheese basket, mashed potatoes and uchucuta (Vegetarian, gluten-free) Quinoa pasta with sautéed vegetables on a bed of arugula, piquillo pepper coulis, goat cheese and leeks fried (Gluten-free, Vegetarian, can be vegan or dairy-free) Alpaca loin in malt beer and maca sauce, kumquat with yellow pepper and chard, green shoots Chicken in tomato confit sauce and honeyed garlic, gnocchi with cream and leaves greens in mustard vinaigrette. (Gluten free) Trout in molle sauce, mushrooms and tarragon, grained quinoa and balsamic tomato julienne
- Desserts: Cashews and passion fruit cream, Cashew crust, Cocoa and kiwicha, and diced mango and orange jam (Vegan, gluten-free) Chocolate ganache cake with sautéed rosemary plums and caramelized almonds
- Non-alcoholic drink: Passion fruit juice with lemon verbena and cardamom
- Alcoholic Beverage: Red wine, white wine or champagne
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
