This will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
- The company, along with its guides and support staff, shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, or fatality occurring during the tour
- Participants are fully responsible for the care and condition of the equipment allocated to them. In cases of damage or loss caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions, the company reserves the right to charge the participant for repair or replacement costs
- The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to proceed. In the unlikely event that a tour is canceled, participants will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date, a different tour option, or a full refund
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers
