A royal charter granted the London Street Markets the right to operate. The walk along the street market route was a popular activity among locals and tourists alike.

London's history stretches back thousands of years, and so does the history of its vibrant market culture. On this immersive walking tour, you'll visit three historical food markets across the city, admiring architectural gems, taking in the sights, sounds, and scents, and listening to stories from your guide. You'll also have the opportunity to sample traditional English dishes, such as steak and kidney pie and scones with marmalade and cream (own expense).
