On this tour, spend the morning visiting the ancient Vietnamese capital of Hoa Lu, followed by lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, set out to explore Tam Coc, part of the UNESCO-listed Trang An complex, and paddle around the scenic waterways and limestone cliffs in a traditional rowing boat.

  • After lunch, embark for a sampan boat trip to visit Tam Coc to see the beauty of the geological formations. With Halong bay type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves, as well as countryside landscape like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc has earned the reputation of being called ‘Halong on Land.
  • After disembarking it is the two-wheel option, as you cycle for an hour, about 5km on quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops in Tam Coc - Bich Dong. A chance to admire nature at a different pace and meet the locals in their environment.
