In a small village on the western side of Central Vietnam, life moves at a slow and peaceful pace, untouched by mass tourism. Over the course of three days, we explore the region on our bicycles, discovering how the local inhabitants have lived here for generations. We visit various farms in the region, where we see traditional techniques such as rubber tree tapping and hand rolling into sheets still being used. Da Lat is renowned for its flowers and vegetables, and we will see the plantations on our ride. We navigate our way around villages and see the locals going about their daily lives. We take a break at the fisherman's restaurant to hop on a kayak and paddle our way through the lush mangroves. If we are lucky, we will be able to spot red tiny crabs crawling out on the roots. .
