Located on the left bank of the Duong River, Dong Ho has stood for centuries, producing its distinctive art. From over 100 families in the 1950s, only a handful of families still continue the traditional craft. Dong Ho paintings are a reflection of the artists' wishes for good luck and their perception of everyday life in the village.
