You'll start your adventure with a trip to Cai Be, where you'll take a relaxing boat ride along the river. As you cruise, indulge in local fruit and coconut juice, immersing yourself in the unique flavors of the region.
Next, you'll visit local handicraft makers who use water hyacinth and banana leaves to create beautiful products. You'll also have the opportunity to taste the local delicacies of coconut candy and pop rice. Then, you'll take a rowing boat through the small canal surrounded by mangroves for a peaceful and serene experience.
The highlight of the day is taking a long boat trip across the River of Tien to Vinh Long Province. During this journey, you'll witness breathtaking views and get a chance to immerse yourself in the local culture.This journey allows you to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the region while observing the daily life of the locals on the river of Mekong. At midday, you'll stop for lunch at a local home, savoring authentic local cuisine at the Ancient House in Vinh Long. As you glide along the river, you'll witness stunning landscapes and stunning architecture while gaining a deeper understanding of the local culture. You'll also have the chance to interact with the locals and learn about their way of life.
After boarding to Vinh Long, you will take another one hour drive to Can Tho where you spend a night at Bamboo Eco Village Resort or Mekong Silt Ecolodge.
