Our farm at Birchs Bay is where we raise our dairy sheep, distil award‑winning spirits from their whey, and make cheese with the same hands that greet you at the door. We created the Whole Shee(p)bang because we wanted guests to experience the real heartbeat of our farm — not just the finished products. This tour lets you step into our world, meet the animals who make it possible, taste what we create, and see the care, humour and hard work behind every bottle and wheel. For us, this isn’t a performance. It’s our everyday life, shared openly with people who value authenticity, craft and a good story. If you leave feeling connected to the land, the sheep, the flavours and the people behind them, then we’ve done what we set out to do.
