Enjoy the breathtaking sunrise on the summit of Mt Batur. Sign up for an early-morning hike to the summit, which typically departs from your hotel at 02.00 am. You'll be hiking in the dark with a flashlight alongside an experienced hiking guide. Be rewarded with a breathtaking sunrise view from the top of the Batur volcano.
Take in panoramic views of the volcanic valley, lake Batur, Mt Abang, and Mt Agung in the distance before having a simple yet delicious breakfast to recharge your energy.
For physically fit hikers, the ascent takes approximately 5 to 6 hours up and down. Your hike will finish at approximately 09.00 am, and after the hiking is completed, the driver will take you back to the hotel.
