This experience includes an e-ticket, which will be available for download and sent via Whatsapp within 24 hours of your travel date
Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide before arrival
Meet your host in Trafalgar Square, opposite Sainsbury Wing, next to the Statue of James II. Your host will be wearing a dark blue ‘Vox City’ uniform. Please arrive 10 minutes early so you do not miss the departure. Please bring your own headphones, have your ticket downloaded and ready to show.
Entry to the National Gallery is subject to a security check and bag inspection
Liquids are strictly prohibited in the National Gallery, with the exception of baby formula, expressed milk and prescription medicines. Large bags, wheeled luggage, fold-up bicycles and scooters are strictly prohibited
A cloakroom is available to store small bags, coats, umbrellas and fold-up prams (£2 per item)
