Cooking with Jolie in Hoi An and Lantern making class (JHA4)

Join us for a unique cooking experience that combines learning about Vietnamese farming practices, visiting a market to pick up ingredients, making traditional Vietnamese lanterns, and cooking a traditional Vietnamese meal with your teacher, Jolie. You'll start by visiting a garden, where you'll learn about Vietnamese farming practices. From there, you'll head to a market to pick up ingredients you'll later use to make lunch. Then it's on to a lantern-making workshop, where you'll learn how to make traditional Vietnamese lanterns. Finally, you'll head to the home of your cooking teacher, Jolie, where you'll get to whip up (and eat) a traditional Vietnamese meal.
