The tour begins at the entrance to the Colosseum. The largest amphitheatre ever constructed in the Roman Empire. Formerly known as "the Flavian Amphitheater", it had 80 entrances and a capacity of more than 50,000 spectators.

Following your tour of the Colosseum, your guide will lead you to the nearby Forum, the main square and the hub of Ancient Rome. Here you will see the Senate House, the Temple of Vesta, the Temple of Saturn, the Altar of the Divine Julius Caesar, the Temple of Gemini, the Basilica Emilia, and the Arch of Septimius Severus, to name but a few.

Stopp: 30 minutes
The tour will end on the Capitoline Hill, once the site of the temples of the most important Roman gods. Here there is a stunning square designed by Michelangelo as well as the Statue of Marcus Aurelius.
