Join us for a unique culinary experience at a local home. We'll be making Turkish sweet cheese pastry, also known as Künefe. This workshop will give you the opportunity to learn the secrets of this delicious pastry and enjoy the fruits of your labor with your fellow participants.
Tour Höjdpunkt
This workshop takes place in a real home kitchen where recipes have been passed down through generations. You'll cook alongside your host, Mehmet, as he shares family memories and stories while making the iconic Hatay dessert. Guests often comment that the experience feels less like a class and more like being welcomed into a family gathering, where food, stories, and culture are shared together.
