Next we'll visit the reconstructed Winter Gardens, the $60 million 10 story glass pavilion that was devastated during the attacks of September 11th. Next we'll visit the Eleven Tears Memorial, dedicated to the eleven American Express employees lost on that day.

The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum
Before entering the 911 Memorial Museum, your guide will give you pointers and highlights of the museum. This will help you to optimize your visit. The museum is self-guided allowing one to explore at their own pace. There are multiple artifacts and first person videos from survivors and rescuers.
